As an Industrial Organisational Psychologist and Coaching Psychologist, I use a positive psychology and strength-based approach.
I concentrate on developing interpersonal relationships, communication, leadership skills and more, through an action orientated coaching process. In essence, I enjoy helping people to achieve their potential.
Whilst I use sound scientific psychological methods, I find that a positive mindset, passion for life and understanding of context are important factors for businesses, groups and individuals.
I provide strategies and guidance to further my client’s goals, desired state and vision for their world of work.

By means of gap analysis we provide tailor-made assessment techniques and interventions. My methods start with a consultation with the relevant stakeholders. Once the client’s needs and expectations are understood, the design and process will follow.
